Hagigame Bonus System — Learn More
Players often have many questions about bonus offers on online gaming platforms — how much you get, how to claim it, and what the conditions are. Missing out on these details means missing out on real value. Hagigame keeps its bonus system simple and transparent.
Every bonus offer comes with a wagering requirement — meaning you must bet the bonus amount a set number of times before you can withdraw it. For example, a 10x wager on a BDT 1,000 bonus means you need to place a total of BDT 10,000 in bets to unlock it. Hagigame's wagering requirements are lower than the industry average.
How to Use Your Bonus
The welcome bonus is credited automatically once you make your first deposit after registering — no manual activation needed. However, some bonuses require you to log in and click the "Claim Bonus" button from your account dashboard.
Free Spins bonuses can only be used on specific games — they are not valid on all games. Each Free Spins offer clearly states which games are eligible. Make sure to use them before they expire.
What to Do If Your Bonus Is Cancelled
If a bonus is not credited to your account for any reason, contact our support team. Having a screenshot of your deposit as proof will help resolve the issue faster. Support is available 24/7.

Avoid Common Mistakes When Using Bonuses
Many players receive a bonus but unknowingly do something that gets it cancelled. Knowing a few common mistakes can save you a lot of trouble.
Do not withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement.
Attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement after claiming a bonus may result in the bonus being cancelled. Always make sure the wagering requirement is fully met before withdrawing.
Use Before Expiry
Every bonus has an expiry period. Free spins generally expire after 7 days, and bonus balances after 30 days. Once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
Only one bonus can be active at a time on Hagigame. Complete or cancel your current bonus before claiming a new one.
Use your bonus only on the designated games.
Some bonuses are restricted to specific game categories — such as slots only or Sports Betting only. This is always stated in the offer details. Following the rules keeps your bonus safe.
